Exchange and Return Policy

  • Exchange process within 7 days from the date of purchase with the same value mentioned in the invoice or pay the difference in case selected product was higher price,
  • product must be sealed and in original condition wrapped in the original packaging (the exchange is applicable through the same branch which the product was purchased).
  • In case the customer doesn't want the product, the full value of the product will be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase, product must be sealed and in original condition wrapped in the original packaging (the return is applicable through the same branch which the product was purchased)
  • In case the customer doesn't want the product after unpacking the original or after using the product, within a week and there is no technical problem in the product, the depreciation value is deducted at a fair rate from 40% to 70% of the product value mentioned in the purchase invoice and according to the condition of the product at the time of the return (the return and evaluation is done through service and maintenance center of Tamkeen).
  • Excluded the products that have been installed or products with malfunctions or defects caused by misuse (such as: breakage, scratching, wrong use, etc.), and are determined based on Tamkeen technical report (applies on the products of Tamkeen (General Supreme – Gold tec- Kiriazi).
  • The customer must return the gifts obtained during the purchase, and in case these gifts been used, the value will be deducted from the original invoice in return or exchange process.
  • In case there is breakage in the product when unpacking or a technical problem at the start of operation after the purchase process for a period exceeding two days from the date of purchase customer will deal with the maintenance center of purchased product.
  • In case it is not possible to repair any of Tamkeen's products (General Supreme - Goldtech - Kiriazi), the customer will be compensated with a fair value or equivalent of the company's products, according to the customer's desire, provided that the depreciation value according to the date of the purchase invoice is deducted from the total value of the purchase price in accordance with the terms and conditions of Tamkeen (Return is made through Tamkeen's service and maintenance center).
  • In the event that the customer wishes to refund the amount paid for purchases by credit cards, the bank's commission will be deducted and the refund process takes from 7 to 14 working days (VISA - Master Card).
  • The customer must receive his products within a maximum 15 days from the date of purchase recorded on the invoice, and in case the customer doesn’t receive the products within (15) days from the date of the invoice, Tamkeen Company has the right to cancel (invoice) and the amount will be as a balance for the customer in
  • Tamkeen is not responsible for any changes in prices or the providing products after 15 days from the date of the invoice in the case customer not received by customer.
  • All products are accepted for exchange or return during the exchange and return period specified above (except for excluded products) below.
  • - The product which been used unless there is a technical report from the agent stating that there is a manufacturing defect in the product
  • - Product that has been installed unless there is a technical report from the agent stating that there is a manufacturing defect in the product
  • - Personal care products in order to preserve public health in application of the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
  • - Clearance products, where the customer's purchase clearance products and obtaining the invoice is considered an implicit approval of the condition of the product and the customer is not entitled to claim any missing accessories after that.
  • - The customer must pay 100 SR for the delivery value when requesting the return of products that have been delivered through the home delivery service, unless the product has a manufacturing defect based on the technical report issued by the agent.
  • - In case the customer wishes to return products that have been purchased through installment programs (Tabby - Tamara), 2% of the product value will be deducted as an administrative fee related to the return of the installment process.
  • - In all the above cases, the original purchase invoice must be with the product in order to complete the exchange and return process.
